About Jon

A great lover of the Rocky Mountains, Jon’s passion for Colorado real estate is evident in his success. He’s received the coveted 5280 5 Star Award; and before joining , he was a top producer at his agency for four years in a row. Recognition is wonderful, but the most rewarding part of the job is a happy client. Each aspect of Jon’s work is about making sure his client’s needs are met, everything else comes afterward.

Jon’s an approachable person, never pushy, and reliable. That means quick response times, undivided attention, and he takes the time to really understand what you want from the process. Honesty and integrity are incredibly important to Jon. Buying and selling real estate is a major decision, and Jon is there to guide you through this important journey. His name, BaseCamp Homes, says it all: Denver is Jon’s basecamp before he journeys off to Rocky Mountain adventures. If it’s in the mountains, Jon’s involved: hiking, camping, and even MTB downhill racing. Jon is a proud sponsor of the Golden Giddyup, a bike race fundraiser for trail advocacy. Beyond the mountains, Jon’s an avid traveler and has spent significant time in Thailand and Chile. Back at basecamp, Jon loves riding the Cyclone Coaster at Lakeside Amusement Park and devouring Denver’s amazing pho and Chinese spots on South Federal.

About Bridget

All facets of real estate have been a part of Bridget’s life from an early age. Her mom and dad built, sold, remodeled, flipped and moved more times than she can remember. When most kids her age were living poolside during the summer months she spent the days hammering nails at flip homes. Rearranging the bedroom furniture and changing the wall color was a constant theme for her growing up. Bridget’s passion for homes has never subsided. From getting excited about historic character to modern design; finding dream homes to smart investments, all of it keeps her spirit alive. 

Prior to becoming an agent, Bridget was a licensed Barber for 10 years. She opened and ran a successful top of the town Barbershop in Denver’s premier RiNo district for 7 years. 

“Starting my own business taught me how to wear many hats at the same time. To use my hands as a barber, my ears as a therapist, my eyes to catch all the little details within a haircut and the atmosphere of the shop at the same time. Every detail matters to me with the same amount of significance.” These days Bridget has hung up her hat as a Barbershop owner to help you find a place to hang yours. 

It is with that same eye for detail and care that Bridget will approach your housing needs. There to help guide you through the details of a transaction with clarity and ease. Amy Fabian

Known for her commitment to professional integrity, Amy is one of Denver’s premier real estate brokers. With over 15 years of real estate experience, Amy has been awarded by her clients and 5280 Magazine as a 5 Star agent for the past 9 years in a row! This award is given only to the top 7% of agents in Denver. Originally from Oklahoma, Amy graduated from the University of Oklahoma in 1997. Amy lives in Denver in the South City Park neighborhood and believes in always giving back to the community.

Brady Efting

Raised in the Rocky Mountains, Brady is a true Coloradan who loves this state for all that it has to offer. His career began as a real estate paralegal in the Vail Valley, where he dealt with transactional paperwork and experienced the behind the scenes work of buying and selling property. Now, Brady lives in Denver - his basecamp and home for over a decade. In his prior work, he was a school teacher in Denver and its surrounding suburbs, a career that taught him the ins and outs of the region’s neighborhoods. These two unique experiences created the perfect foundation for Brady’s transition to a broker five years ago. 

A father and husband, Brady’s in tune with his clients’ ever-changing lives. Purchasing property usually comes at a time of transition, and so Brady is dedicated to providing a smooth, reliable process through lots of communication and by building solid relationships with his clients. He believes in a consultative approach so that not only are clients comfortable and happy, but he can deliver the best outcome. The biggest reward Brady gets is experiencing the new lives his clients build for themselves as a result from their work together. 

Outside of work, Brady’s active and loves to get out and explore. Denver is the ideal springboard for his interests: hiking, snowboarding, camping, and running! For travel, DIA is an excellent base, and Brady takes advantage fully. Among his many journeys, he’s taught children in China and taken multiple trips to Peru to lead service projects and hikes on the Inca Trail. Belief in genuine hands-on experience is part of why Brady’s approach so enriching as a partner in the real estate journey.
